Proper planning and installation is crucial for maintaining your irrigation needs. Colonial Nursery applies the same high standard specifications to our residential systems, as we do to our commercial systems. All systems are installed with the highest quality products from the industry leading company, Rain Bird Manufacture. New Installations, will have a full year’s warranty on labor and materials. Plus, all Rain Bird products will have a three year manufacture warranty. Rain Bird’s rain sensors, controllers, heads, and valves would all be covered under this warranty. All Colonial’s systems are installed with P.V.C. Class 200 pipe. New installs receive the first year’s Program for the Fall Winterizing and Spring Start Up Services, at no charge.
